Welcome New and Returning Members

Before booking any travel, you’ll need to create an Activa Services account. This will provide you with a “Single Username and Password” that will be used for Activa Travel, Activa Health, and Activa Financial Services. So if you haven’t already done so, please create an Activa Services account.

A New Booking System for our Travelers

We are proud to introduce our new and improved booking system to all of our Activa Members. Because our system is brand new, you will need to create a Travel Profile. If you were using the previous booking system, please note that your travel information will NOT be carried over to the new system.

Please take a moment to update all of your travel information including:

  • frequent flyer numbers
  • credit cards
  • seating and meal preferences, etc.

Also note that you must create an Activa Account before you enter your travel preferences. You can then update your travel preferences either from the “My Account” page, or this page.
